FAQ

Q1: What about the lead time?
A1: Normally 7~15 working days after receipt of payment based on the order volume, the shipping time depends on the means of transportation.

Q2: How to obtain the tracking number of shipments? And how to contact the carrier (express delivery company)?
A2: We will send you the bill of lading or tracking number after your parcels have been shipped out, please keep on checking your email.

Q3: Is UV curable ink environmentally friendly?
A3: Yes, UV curable ink conforms with the standard of REACH, RoHS, and CE, being virtually free of volatile organic compounds(VOC).
Considering UV(ultraviolet) can cause skin and eye irritation or even chemical blister burns if prolonged direct contact, therefore, protective glasses, impervious gloves, aprons, and shoes are suggested when operation.

Q4: Could the UV printer do rotary bottle printing?
A4: Yes, it could print a bottle rotary object, max 120mm height, the Axis of rotation will be additionally charged.

Q5: What kind of technical support could you offer?
A5: Manual and video tutorials are available to download.
Online technical support service.
Remote assistance.

Q6: What about the maintenance of the printer?
A6: Power on the printer once a day.
If the printer has not been used for over 3 days, please clean the print head with cleaning liquid and put it in the protective cartridges.

Q7: What about the warranty?
A7: 1-year warranty for defective parts exchange or repair excluding the print heads and other consumable parts, the customers need to pay for the return freight cost. If the parts tested and confirmed are not human damage, we will be responsible for the shipping back freight cost. For our agents, we suggest ordering the spare parts for better local service.
